Pride and Prejudice wasn’t the first Victorian classic to get the zombie treatment. Sixty-six years before Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the producers of 1943’s I Walked With a Zombie adapted their story to fit the plot of Charlotte Brontë’s novel Jane Eyre.
